Hi I'm trying to put in logic that will display the current date in a cell only if that cell is currently blank (it wont overwrite an existing date). I've tried things like "=IF(b1="",Now())" where b1 is the cell i want the date in, but that gives me
a circular reference error. This must be easy to do but I'm missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Windows Restore

Click on the Start button on the Taskbar.
Type "System Restore" (without quotes) in the Search box and hit Enter or,
Click on System Restore (when you see System Restore pop up in the list of search results).
Make sure the "Recommended restore" radio button is checked on the restore utility window.
Click on Next and follow the instructions given.

Note: There is the option on the restore utility to select "Choose a different restore point". Unless you have a specific reason to select a different date and time than what Windows recommends, just select the recommended option stated in the steps above. If you choose to select another one, follow these steps:

Click on that desired date and time, and Windows 7 will perform a scan for any affected programs in that restore point.

Once completed, click Next and follow the instructions given.

Once you have selected the restore point, your system will start the restoring process, after which you will have to restart the system.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled in case it was the program.

                           Utility which indexes Coral Media Folders has stopped working correctly.
Please close program.

I am running Vista Basic. Closing this utility did not affect CorelDraw before. Is there a fix for it? What can be done?

1.      Did you make any recent changes to the computer before this issue occurred(installed any software or updates)?
You can try the below methods to fix this issue:
Method 1:
I suggest that you set your computer to clean boot and ccheck if you are able to access the program.
a.      Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
b.      If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
c.       On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
d.      Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup Items check box.
e.      Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
f.        Click OK.
g.      When you are prompted, click Restart.
After the computer starts, check if the issue is fixed, then follow the steps mentioned in the following KB article to narrow down the exact source:

You can also set the computer to normal startup once you determine the service causing the issue.

Method 2:
You can run System File Checker tool on your computer to check if the file system is intact.

trustedinstaller.exe is a vital built-in installer, needed to install various things(such as fonts, updates, etc.).
There is no way to reinstall it without reinstalling windows.
I recommend doing a restore point to before when the problem started:

Adobe Flash player does not work on either 32bit IE8 on or 64bit IE8 with Windows 7.

Adobe Flash player does not work on either 32bit IE8 on or 64bit IE8 with Windows 7. Just hangs when i try to play a youtube or any other video.
This is a brand new Dell Studio XPS 16 laptop, with McAfee AV.
I thought you could play it on the 32 bit browser
but it doesn't. Please help.

I would suggest you to try the below methods one by one and check.

Method 1:

Uninstall adobe flash player using the uninstall tool and restart the computer.
After restart install adobe flash player and check if the problem persists.

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
Click on Boot Tab
Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
Select Network.
