After After sign in to Hotmail from my desktop pc, I cannot access my hotmail messages, folders, or delete, etc. I can access hotmail and normally from my Laptop.

So far I have cleaned up disc (from assessories), defragmented my disc, in Hotmail from my laptop I have deleted as many messages and folders that I could, ie Junk, Keepers etc.
But so far I still cannot  access my hotmail, messages, folders, junk, keepers
folders, deleted, or sent messages folders etc.
I can access my hotmail normally from my laptop, everything from my laptop works normally.
