Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\LocalLow.
Error:(The system cannot find the file specified.

Error Code: 0x8100002F
Successful Restore
There was a successful restore of “AppData/Roaming/Mozilla/Firefox/Profiles”
Restore Failure
This occurred when the above successful restore was repeated with “Crash Reports”, and “Profiles.ini”  included.
(I.e.
all the contents of “Firefox”)
The software gave the following message:

The file could not be found.
Backup and Restore Settings
The backup set is dated 13/11/2012.
Both restore operations were from this set.
They and took place within an hour of each other.
There was no change in the PC between them.
The other backup sets are dated 24/9/2012, 9/7/2012.
There is a MediaID.bin dated  2/1/2011
All these are in “N:\PETER-HP”
The drive N: is a separate disk connected via a USB and formatted to NTFS and has 11.1 GB free.
The operating system is Windows 7.
It was installed by the supplier of the computer “Misco”
This problem had been noted earlier by me and I did this procedure to show and investigate the problem.

Important: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost. 
 
Method 3: If the issue persists then try to set your computer in
Clean Boot state and check if the same issue occurs.
By setting your system in clean boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.

  2. Open Control Panel.
  3. Go to Windows Error Reporting.
