Annoying error message

Annoying Error Message : "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify if solution is available." This normally occurs when clicking on a new window.
Sometimes I can bypass the problem by right clicking
and opening in a new window but some links don't work llike that.
I deleted my Java program and installed up to date in case that was it (some suggested).
