At start up I get an error msg: C:|Progra~2\mywebs~1\bar\2.bin\M3Plugin.DLL

I had Vista and this error msg was there, recently upgraded to Windows 7, thought it may go away, but no such luck
It still is popping up at Start Up.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Try the below steps and check if it helps:
 
1.      Delete the startup item.
Steps to follow:
i.                    Click on start
ii.                  Select All programs
iii.                Select startup from the list
iv.                 Delete all the startup item
v.                   Restart the computer and check if the issue still occurs
 
2.      Disable startup item from system configuration
i.                    Click on start, in the search box type in msconfig.exe
ii.                  System configuration window open
iii.                Click on startup tab
iv.                 Click on disable all
v.                   Restart the computer and check if the issue still occurs

Machine Throttling

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
• On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
• Restart your computer.
