How to Fix - Building Blocks?

Building Blocks

Hello All,
I am having a problem with Buliding Blocks.  If I set the Option to Insert content in its own paragraph or page it does not do it.  it will always place it where the cursor is.  I have set the save in to Normal so that it can be used without the F3 key in
any document - using Building Blocks seems to require the use of F3.  Any suggestions?

As a workaround, make sure that you create the building block so that it includes at least one paragraph mark or page break.
Depending on what you want, you may have to add a paragraph mark (or page break) before and after the item as
you create it.
  
Note that it will be easier to see what you are doing if you (temporarily) display nonprinting marks, for example by pressing Ctrl+Shift+8.
Paragraph marks are represented by pilcrows (¶).

That article is too basic and does not address my issue.  I was able to figure it out and realized that it depends on how you store invoke the item.  If you store it as a Building Block you need to use F3 and it will not insert it as directed (text, paragraph
or page).  If you store it in Normal  and store it in AutoText you can type the first part of  the item and press enter.  It still will not add it as directed.  You must choose it from the AutoText, Quick Parts, Cover Page, etc.

or page.  Quite confusing!

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
