[Solution] BUG: Windows 8 doesn't refresh tile's title on charcase change

BUG: Windows 8 doesn't refresh tile's title on charcase change

I have Windows 8 Pro x64 RTM.

And I've paid attention, that there is an issue with update/refresh the application name on tile, on
Metro Start Screen.
Here are the details and reproduction steps:
I've pinned an application to Metro Start Screen, let say it was «eclipse.exe».

On Metro Start Screen I see the new tile with the title «eclipse».

It looks ugly, because all other tiles' titles begin from the capital letter, so I want to make look «eclipse» as «Eclipse».

In order to do that I do right click on this tile and choose Open file location.
This action brings me to the folder «C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs», where I can see the shortcut
for «eclipse.exe».

I rename «eclipse» to «Eclipse», confirm the changes with
Enter button click, everything is saved.

I return to Metro Start Screen and see that no any change has been applied, eclipse's tile title still begins with lowercase letter, e.g.
«eclipse» and not «Eclipse».

There is a workaround for that bug:
In order to change the char case (capital to lower and vice versa) you have to temporary change the name of desired shortcut by adding and after that removing an extra char.
Since you do that Windows 8 performs kind of cache refresh and outputs the new,
updated tile's name.

Please, fix the issue, make Windows 8 to change tile's char case on Metro Start Screen without additional workarounds.

For the moment, Windows 8 doesn't relates to char case changes as name changes and thus doesn't refreshes its tiles' title cache.
