Original title:  I can't get to a website that is active???
I'm trying to get to my army webstie: 
www.us.army.mil to log in.  Instead I go to the stupid "Ask" webpage where I see my website listed but when I click on it, it takes me back to the "ask" webpage again?  Its like I'm in a loop.  I can go to othe websites, but can't get to my army webpage?  
Bizzare?  Do I have  virus?  I run Norton 360 and am up to date?????  Help.

If you are receiving a warning that this site is un-trusted / insecure, you will need to install the "DoD Certificate."
To download the DoD Certificates,
i. Go to https://eportal.ctnosc.army.mil/ .
ii. Enter your AKO username and password.

iii. Select the link labeled DoD Root Certificate at the top.

iv. Click the link for Install Root V2.18.A and save the file to your desktop.
v. After the file has completely downloaded, go to your desktop and click on the InstallRoot2.18A file then follow the directions.
