Ctrl+Shift+number key combination doesn't work
I can use Ctrl+Shift+[A-Z] fine, but Ctrl+Shift+[0-9] (main keyboard, not numeric keypad) does nothing.
I've checked for hotkeys but don't see any active on the Windows level.
