Current active window will switch to a different window.

Running Windows 7 64 Pro.
When in a currently active window like a Chrome Browser window, doing nothing, the active window will switch to a different one if one is open.
If nothing else is open it just switches to the desktop.
Also happens when I have
a video in full screen the computer will switch to whatever else is open without touching anything.
Very frustrating.
Happened 3 times while writing this.
Any ideas? Thanks.
