I get the following error message when I try to open my professional income tax software, Ultratax.  Soon after, my tax software freezes.  This happens on other computers running Windows 7.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

1.       Was it working fine before?
2.       Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?
 
I would suggest you to place the computer in clean boot state and check if it helps.

1. Go to Start button.
2. Open Control Panel.
3. Go to Windows Error Reporting.
4. Click on System and Maintenance, then click Problem Reports and Solutions.
