[Solved] Dell Windows 7 - Stuck on re boot page.

Dell Windows 7 - Stuck on re boot page.

Dell Windows 7 - Stuck on re boot page.
It seems to jam before it even reaches the login stage - I can't get past this window.
I can get into the re boot options just before this happens and I've run all the scans and tests but it says nothing is wrong...
help?

The windows icon just keeps flashing on and off on the page but never goes past this.

It was working fine last night as I was doing some work on it, but then I got a nofication that when I log off a system update will happen so when I logged off I just left it plugged in and came back to it a few hours later, to which it had turned itself off.
When I turned it back on to check this happened.
