I want to count cells in a column that contain date / times between certain dates.
For example counting cells that contain date / time between 01/09/2009 00:00 and 30/09/2009 23:59 inclusive
I am using the following formula:
=countifs(B:B, ">=" & A1, B:B, "<=" A2)
cell A1 contains 01/09/2009 00:00.
cell A2 contains 30/09/2009 23:59.
Cells A1 and A2 are fomatted in dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm.
B is the column containing the date / time with the cells formatted in dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm
Using this formula it does not count accurately for some reason.
It usually overcounts by 1 or 2 and I don't know why.
