Cannot highlight to copy/paste
When I tried to highlight a text in my email to eventually copy/paste the text, it will not hightlight.

Hi,
1. Have you installed an email client (Outlook etc.) or is it a web based email (Hotmail etc.)?
2. Are you able to copy\paste on other programs fine?
3. Are you using Internet Explorer or any other browser?
If it something to do with a web based email on a browser and if you are not using Internet Explorer, then I would suggest you to do the same in Internet Explorer and check for the issue.
If this is Internet Explorer then try optimizing the browser and check for the issue.

To install drivers and other optional updates
