How to Fix - Cannot access to any of the start menu icons?

Cannot access to any of the start menu icons

I recently ran ccleaner and windows defrag (as I did countless times before).
This time however I can't left nor right click on any icon in the start menu.
Nothing happens when I click on the icons (left or right, doesn't matter).
I use classical view
but if I switch to normal view, I can access to every icon without problems.
Help please!
