Copy and pasteing from one web page to another.

For some reason I can no longer copy and then paste images from one web page to another, not only that but even images on web pages like Empire Magazine forum, which I've already posted in the past I can no longer use to copy and paste.
Also when I go
from the forum web page to it's posting page the images become just codes in quote brackets like this [image]http://horrorcultfilms.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/untitled.jpg[/image] which never happened before.
I have allow Images switched on etc , this
all occurred before I up graded to Windows 8.1, which I thought would improve things, but no change, any ideas.
